Need better email Every time I send an invoice it either goes to the customers junk or spam box. If it does some how get to them they don’t know it’s me because the emails say Carshipio not my company name. This delays pays considerably

I worked like 1 month for this… I worked like 1 month for this "company" they did not pay me at all even though amount was quite less for USA, I can attach screenshots if you would like. I told I would leave bad reviews they do not care about their reputation, never trust them

I can't rave enough about the customer… I can't rave enough about the customer service CarShipIO offers to their customers! I recently signed up and from the start they have been so helpful and informative with their platform! What a time saver this platform is that they've created to help Transportation Brokers like myself keep freight moving with less paperwork and more organization. Have been using this full time since… Have been using this full time since JTracker went defunct. I do not like the Order vs Job format, but their customer service is amazing. Chat has always answered quickly and will call you if it is needed. Rita is a very important part of CarShip IO for real.
