GBI've been using CarShipIO ever since… I've been using CarShipIO ever since Central Dispatch stopped JTracker. I tried BATSCRM and hated it. Couldn't believe that was even an option. I started researching and came across CarShipIO. Thank God! It's much more user friendly than BATSCRM and has more options than JTracker. Also, customer service is far too superior compared to the above mentioned. No comparison! Every time I called or needed a call back, Rita was on top of it. She even followed up with me on her own to make sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. They're Awesome!

GBHave been using this full time since… Have been using this full time since JTracker went defunct. I do not like the Order vs Job format, but their customer service is amazing. Chat has always answered quickly and will call you if it is needed. Rita is a very important part of CarShip IO for real.

GBI can't rave enough about the customer… I can't rave enough about the customer service CarShipIO offers to their customers! I recently signed up and from the start they have been so helpful and informative with their platform! What a time saver this platform is that they've created to help Transportation Brokers like myself keep freight moving with less paperwork and more organization. I love the Live Chat feature they offer weekdays and always have some there to assist with screen shot images to help along the way! Thank you CarShipIO for helping my business grow!

GBExcellent experience We switched from Jtracker at the end of the year. After the initial set up , training and learning by our team we have had an excellent experience. The support they provide is timely and the system provides all the functionality that we need to do our jobs. I would recommend carshipio to any broker.

GBWorks well - slow We;ve been using this for a year. All things considered, it does the job we expected it to do, albiet painfully slow. I've tested the speed of page loads on multiple devices...it's not my computer. None of our users like the platform with the two separate sides (order side vs job side). It's not easy to jump from one thing to another. Mostly because you are waiting for the page to load. Carriers don't seem to get it...and it definitely didn't eliminate any work...we still need to monitor everything very closely for glitches.
