Don't listen to diet gurus. Listen to your own genes. I have been impressed with the quality of information at this site. I finally know what I should eat, based on my own genes, not from what some diet guru believes. There's all kinds of information about diet, genes, lab draws, latest studies in nutrition and much more. They're obviously personally invested in the science. They have been responsive to my questions and very helpful. I have gotten a GeneFood diet report for myself my husband, and plan to get one for my sons. At last, I have a much better idea what is the right 'fuel' for my body.

That said, I think the diet guide could use some work. It’s helpful but in my opinion unrealistic for most people to keep up with. It is monotonous and recommends CPG’s which are unappealing. Bottom line: great site. Crucial data that is incredibly accurate, only drawback is the nutrition plan which can be easily updated.
