GBWorst business practices Please stay away from this company. This is a complete scam. If you want to opt-out make sure you have email or paper copy.Don't rely on their verbal communications otherwise you will pay the price. They keep changing their policy without proper notifications to the customers. Service is worst. Be super careful.

GBShocking Absolutely infuriating trying to deal with this company. Every single postcode you put in to get information on where they are available doesn't work. I tried putting my mum's postcode in I tried putting my postcode in two of my friends postcode in completely different areas and none of them work. I also tried putting the men with and without spaces capital letters and non capital letters just gave up in the end. Contacting customer services is pointless because they would just tell you it to working fine and blame the customer. Totally gave up.

GBPerfect first cell phone FreedomPop is a great service for introducing kids to their first cell phones. You can start with a free or inexpensive plan, then ramp us as budget or need allows. It requires a bit of perseverence, the app takes some getting used to

GBReliable service Reliable service. The only thing that could improve is to allow renewing monthly a few days before the renewal date. This way there won't be a lapse in service in case there is an emergency when away from the internet. The way it works now is you can't renew until the service in inactive. That leaves a lack in service which could occur in an emergency situation, like a car breakdown. Thanks.

GBThe service is good for the cost The service is good for the cost. Calling outwards is good, incoming calls are buggy, and can miss without giving missed call notifications. If cost is important to you, it's worth it.
