GBThe Accent Comfort Services branch that… The Accent Comfort Services branch that provides service to the Greenville, SC area is the sleeziest company that I have ever done business with. First, due to their error with shipping and receiving the unit, I had to wait 2 months to get my new unit. I was totally without AC during the months of July and August!! I'm elderly and disabled and this was quite a hardship and they simply didn't care When they finally installed my HVAC unit, they damaged (or I should say tore apart) my attic crawl though door. And then they left without telling me about it...like I wouldn't notice. Now, they "own" my manufacturer's warranty because they installed the unit and they will not come and service it. The unit started "cutting off the breaker" and would not work. I had to call another company and PAY THEM to fix the shotty electrical work done during the installation by Accent.. Do not EVER EVER do business with the Accent Comfort Services branch that services Greenville, SC!! Sandra Woodward

GBThe main issues of my complaints Hello I’ve received your reply of my review on Trustpilot review pages, and again you not going close to the main issues to my complaint. You mention again, the second item was different size: but still the same item, the reason why I order size 14 because there wasn’t another 12 size and also I’m between 12/14 size. I’ve ordered again 2nd time, BECAUSE you send to me FAULTY, DAMAGED, WORN item, without passing through quality checked stage, against company policy. This is unresponsive approach, breaking regulation and breach of director duties. THIS is the MAIN ISSUES of my COMPLAINT, which is I‘m trying to resolve in different stage of ….. As I mention in my prevues email, I have had this experience so many times and I really regret that I didn’t write an initial review, I have some images of the damaged items…..

GBUSPS needs to do better. They really don't deserve any stars. I sent a letter to the Social Security office in Port Orange Fl. I sent certified to make sure they get it. It was sent on Sept 19, 2023. USPS says to allow 10 days. Well its past that. I contacted USPS several days ago, and again. They assigned me case #. But nothing so far. I also chose to get text messages for tracking. The envelope hasn't moved since Sept . So disappointed in USPS. Contacted the USPS Postmaster for this area. No reply from her either. I can see why people don't use the post office, only if they HAVE to. After 30 days I can request a refund. It was $8.00 and some change It was only going less than 15 miles away. I'm guessing Ill have to wait it out. Hope your post office is better at delivery than here. I sent it from a UPS store which also handles USPS. Guess I should have sent va UPS.
