Don’t trust them. They are never on time and they don’t respond to support. And the company just takes your money and says if you try to report it we will ban you. Save your money and go to a good company that big companies trust.

Owner using fake testimonials; literally states they don't have cusomters. Louis Beasley's review seems to be fictitious according to the responses on may other reviews about not having any customers currently. Much the same to their websites rackifi.io as well as coretransit.net. I wouldn't trust rackifi or coretransit services as the owner seems to be posting fake testimonials when he is stating that they don't have customers.

Helped Me Resolve a 27 Day Quarrel With my ISP CoreTransit; a Rackifi Company helped network me with a Spectrum Network Operator who was able to determine that we were on the Affordable Connectivity Program when we shouldn't have been. The previous home owner got the residence listed as an ACP connection and CoreTransit helped me get our home unlisted. After talking with the Spectrum's NOC, CoreTransit also helped me spec out routing hardware that helped balance loads and prioritize active bandwidth in contrast with background bandwidth to prevent Spectrum's poor infrastructure from causing further frustration and outage. Spectrum uses a half-sized MTU and has to send your data in pairs; splitting standard packets in half. Without the proper hardware, you will not be able to handle the saturated load that Spectrum sends into your home. Had I not consulted with CoreTransit, I would not have known this and would have been fighting a dead-end battle with my Internet Service provider that I certainly would have lost. Spectrum had been bothering me to upgrade to avoid this problem, but I had an urge that it wasn't necessary. I followed my gut and ended up being right. CoreTransit saved me a lot of money and preventing a stalemate between the provider and customer. If you need a solution to your ISP bugging the [expletive] out of you, give them a call. It might take a minute to get you situated, but what you will learn along the way will save you time, money and effort. You will be glad you decided to make a call.
