In less than a year after purchasing… In less than a year after purchasing the lifetime StreamFab, it is completely broken for the major streaming companies. There has been no improvements that resolve the major issue of DRM. The customer service, or lack thereof, makes it even more frustrating. There is no transparency in upcoming fixes, or timelines for fixes. All responses from customer service/technical support are canned responses used to get the customer to wait. They will close tickets even when there is no resolution to the issue. There is no recourse for the lack of fixes to the software/service. DO NOT BUY/SUBSCRIBE!!! CHECK THE FORUMS FIRST!!!

Customer Since Streamfab's Inception I bought StreamFab when v1.0 came out. I've been using it quite a bit since then. Now and then things change and a module will break. The get it fixed very quickly. My only complaint so far is that one of the modules of a particularly popular site has been broken now for about two months. Other than this, I'd have given it a 5 star rating. Every time I submit a trouble report, I get back, "We're working on it." I'm not sure they are or not. But, it's still a great product.

Good performance of use Great experience concerning donloads on big platforms as Disney+®, Youtube and so... Tjhere still more difficulties to get titles from certain platforms as RTBF AuVio (which uses DRM-MPD System... StreamFab doensn't detect videos (or hardly ever) when I'm trying to get titles from that website... I notice that due to security reasons, StreamFab needs more time before donwload vegins (on all platforms)...

Years-long user, still happy. I've been using StreamFab for many years now. I'm impressed with how frequently they update their product with new functionality, and how committed they are to making sure it continues to work as well now as it did when I started. As the product's reach expands, I intend to purchase some of the available upgrades over times, and keep my product as full-featured as possible.
