Sometimes I have to wait more than an… Sometimes I have to wait more than an hour. Sometimes after your check my teacher of English (native speaker) with CELTA certificate finds mistakes.

Waiting time is too long -

Great service I like fluent.express for its speed, usability and great quality. However, I find it extremely annoying to get bills for every 4.99$ I spend. I have to upload dozens of bills in my accounting system and have to pay my accountant for all that extra work.

Great service I really like fluent.express, it is a great service. However, sometimes I feel that the enthusiasm and/or professionalism of the correctors is very hectic. This means that sometimes they don't check my texts in-depth and they just quickly correct the grammar mistakes. However, I would like to sound like a native. That is the website's promise as well so I would expect a more holistic correction with not only grammar mistakes or typo checking but style as well. I also really like when they leave a comment at the end like "This was mostly great", etc. But some of them never do that.

Just two thoughts * I understand I'm not the one who should be the critic here, but some proofreaders' work doesn't look really professional. * Have you ever thought about adding an option like "allow reformulation" to give proofreaders more freedom in editing texts?
