Was great at first, but not anymore I first started to use Exitlag in 2022, it worked great it made my ping lower and more stable during gaming. During 2023 it did not help with ping anymore, so I stopped using it. I forgot to cancel recuring billing, was charged, tried to get a refund, but they said my account did not qualify for one. Even though less than 24 hours passed at the time of the charge. Make absolutely sure that you want this service, because you are not going to get a refund. Even if their service does not perform well in the future.

Worked really well Worked really well, they have a three day trial, so I though it wouldn't hurt. My ISP has terrible routing to the ME region, using Aus -> Singapore -> Europe -> ME, instead of directly from Aus -> Singapore -> ME. I play with my friends and was getting 280-320ms ping, sometimes 350ms to UAE now its at 160ms ping.

*SCAM ALERT* *SCAM ALERT* When I purchased this software they charged me twice and did not provide me with any confirmation and my account was never updated to reflect what I had purchased. They have stolen my money and the live chat were less than useless, knowing exactly what they are doing. Do not go anywhere near this company, they will steal your money.

Works perfectly Works perfectly, the free trial is great to test I play Final Fantasy Online in Australia when I normally play on the JP servers my ping is 250, using exit lag brings it down to anywhere from 150-190

Shady billing practices, unhelpful support Tried to cancel after subscribing as I only wanted a month, but the site lagged out or was unresponsive when I tried to proceed, so I guess it didn't go through? I later tried to refund the unwanted & unused subscription when the 2nd month was charged, but despite contacting support immediately they refused. There was also no prompt or warning that it was coming up. I'm inclined to believe that this isn't a coincidence and is part of their billing strategy. Update: After I submitted this review they changed their mind and provided a refund so will revise to 3 stars
