Shady billing practices, unhelpful support Tried to cancel after subscribing as I only wanted a month, but the site lagged out or was unresponsive when I tried to proceed, so I guess it didn't go through? I later tried to refund the unwanted & unused subscription when the 2nd month was charged, but despite contacting support immediately they refused. There was also no prompt or warning that it was coming up. I'm inclined to believe that this isn't a coincidence and is part of their billing strategy. Update: After I submitted this review they changed their mind and provided a refund so will revise to 3 stars

Great Great! I always solve my connection problems (ping, packetloss) with Vivo Internet in CS2 using their software! I've also tested the mobile product and it works great! I recommend!

What a waste of time... What a waste of time... I wanted to play WOT on KZ server (Im located in EU) and reduce a ping a little bit. After trying all useless options, which don't change anything, the app showed that estimated ping is 80 (I had 130 without it), so I thought it would work but I can't even log into server anymore. So it's even worse than it was before. The only advantage is that I didn't have to pay to find out that the application does not work.

EDIT: It is basically a scam. EDIT (2024-04-16): They just sent me an invoice after I "Suspended" my subscription on their website. If I didn't also cancel it on PayPal, I think they would have just kept charging my card. They are practically a scam at this point. It didn't work for my internet so I can't say for sure but in theory it should work for some people. My ping went from 20ms average with 120ms rare spikes to 80ms average with 150ms spikes. It literally made my connection worse. I think the real problem is the marketing and the business in general. They are being is vague on purpose and making claims that are wrong for most of the people seeing the ads. They made it hard to cancel the subscription. For a product that won't work for most people not having a free trial is also malicious.

After trial I paid for a 3 month… After trial I paid for a 3 month service. Month one: Product worked sporadically on Apex Legends. Month two: Product stopped working altogether as Apex would not function with service turned on. Ping would dhow -1 to all servers and could not login. Month three: Same as month two, no joy using the service. Support: None existent, they just close tickets without resolving issue. Note: Apex worked with app turned off so Exitlag was the problem.
