Been waiting 12 hours for a fix as i… Been waiting 12 hours for a fix as i cannot download anything, nobody’s getting back to me and it says “we’re still setting up your account” not what i expect when km paying $20 a month

They are a scam They are a scam, they just keep you at validating device. You never actually get to use any of the apps or anything.

No customer support what so ever can… No customer support what so ever can not even get a response e out of them , bought a subscription for 1 month and it would not work , 48 hours later and I’m still waiting for a response. Stay clear. Will update this if I ever hear back from them

Worst customer support ever Worst. Customer. Support. Ever. They say stuff like “thanks for the patience” and “don’t panic if it takes a while for support to contact you” because the support is TERRIBLE and unbelievable unresponsive. You’d be better off just cancelling your service when an issue arises rather than asking support. Want a single email without any really help once every 24-48 hours? Then you’ve come to the right place. Just horrible service.
