Probably the worst and most frustrating… Probably the worst and most frustrating customer experience I have ever come across in my 52 years. I'be been locked out of my account for 3 days just because I changed my phone and the authenticator app stopped working. There is then NO way to contact Microsoft. Upon finally finding a number i was sent into a loop of hell - being left on hold for approx 6 hours in total. At the end I rang back to original number and they finally gave me a ticket - I was then told I'd be called back but a FULL day later I have still heard nothing. I am paying for a subscription I can't use. And the Authenticator app on my new phone needs an Authenticator app to approve it - it's just bonkers. Clearly I'm not alone based on other google searches - people have been left for days without use of Office, As a small business owner this is very stressful

License key has stopped working The Microsoft Professional Plus 2019 license that I bought has stopped working, softwaregeeks has now rebranded as "theunitysoft.com" and no longer recognises my old account. The support page on theunitysoft.com is blank so there is no support available.

Scam Website Fraudulent Key, paid 29.99 for a windows 10 activation key that did not work. They call themselves office-365.com to trick people into thinking they are affiliated with Microsoft. Bunch of grifters.
