100% satisfied! 100% satisfied! From start to finish Adam was available to answer my questions with quick responses regarding my custom sizing and need for fast delivery. My acrylic print is absolutely gorgeous and exactly how I envisioned it. It arrived when he said it would. I’m very pleased with the entire process.

Bad customer service Bad customer service. The owner of the company has a bad temper and should not be in customer service. They sent me emails saying my vertical logo didn’t fit on the acrylic. Go figure . So I asked if they could make it fit and never heard back. Then I tried to reorder.... vertical again. Then the owner called me and yelled at me. I then asked to cancel the orders. They have not gone into production. He said NO. I would NEVER order from this company again. He also seems to respond to all negative reviews as if they are a competitor. I am not a competitor. Just a person trying to buy acrylic prints.

Great experience! Loved our finished acrylic print. It's absolutely beautiful. The only thing that would have been nice is a notification of when it shipped.

Horrible Service If you are looking for a company to send you your print a full month after you order it, this is the company for you. When I finally got my print, I looked at the shipping manifest which said it was send 4 weeks after I originally ordered it. Not only that but they have horrible customer service. They would rather loose a customer than take responsibility for the late delivery.
