brushed aluminum I ordered a small brushed aluminum print from these guys to see how it would turn out before I ventured into larger prints. there are several companies I found online who do aluminum prints, but these guys seemed to have something different with their brushed metal. The print turned out so cool, I'm planning on ordering more in larger formats now. I'm very pleased. the print was shipped in a protected box and arrived safely.

Great experience! Loved our finished acrylic print. It's absolutely beautiful. The only thing that would have been nice is a notification of when it shipped.

Bad customer service Bad customer service. The owner of the company has a bad temper and should not be in customer service. They sent me emails saying my vertical logo didn’t fit on the acrylic. Go figure . So I asked if they could make it fit and never heard back. Then I tried to reorder.... vertical again. Then the owner called me and yelled at me. I then asked to cancel the orders. They have not gone into production. He said NO. I would NEVER order from this company again. He also seems to respond to all negative reviews as if they are a competitor. I am not a competitor. Just a person trying to buy acrylic prints.

Consistant Great Product and Customer Service Mark and his crew have consistently provided my small business with high quality acrylic and metallic prints. Customers are blown away by the depth of color and "expensive look" of the acrylics and the white metal used for B&W prints is the best look I seen in years! With over 60 medium and large sized float mounted prints ordered and delivered, I've only had a couple of minor problems, but they were handled very quickly and professionally. All in all, Big Acrylic is far and away the best source I've found for these products
