Pretty good Pretty good, fast, stable & reliable I've tried many of VPN in the past and I liked this one, the way it's designed with the several servers to choose from. And what is very important to anyone wants the best service is the customer support and with yodata I found the honest concern and the biggest support which helped me to solve the issues which I faced very fast. Despite of the fact that using VPN in my country is very difficult and in general it's blocked they succeed to make it run smoothly and fast. Great customer support! I really had no idea what to expect in terms of support from Yodata. I had a very poor experience with another vpn provider and could never get it to work. I finally gave up. I am VERY happy to say the support from Yodata is excellent. I was having a connection issue with my iPad and contacted them via email. I received a very quick response. It took some back and forth, but it now works great. I teach marketing and management and I can say this is the kind of patience and tenacity that keeps customers and secures new customers. BTW, almost no loss in speed and the price cannot be beat!

I made a mistake but you corrected it I was having a lot of trouble because of a typo in the e-mail I signed in. It took some time for the mistake to be discovered but Isaac was incredibly supportive and discovered the error. It all went well after the error was discovered and fixed. Thank you all!

Quality, Value, & Privacy-Minded A wonderful VPN and a great value for the money! I live in a rural area with very "sensitive" mobile internet. I've tried MULTIPLE VPN providers, desperately seeking one that actually works here. Yodata has genuinely surprised me by 1) working so well 2) being a relatively unknown (at least, to me) VPN provider, yet offering a product worthy of "Big Name" recognition! I have not had any experiences with their customer service, so I cannot speak to that. However, purchasing was smooth, set-up was extremely easy, and the actual VPN service has been fast and consistent. I've only had the product for a month, but WILL update my review/rating should I have ANY issues of the negative variety. I want to bring trust back to reviews again...doing my little part!
