GBVery unprofessional Very unprofessional, cancelled registration 3/23 for webinar. Asked for insight contacted marketing lady twice no reply (name removed as requested by trustpilot). I was sent an originally invite from her to join this on 3/16 and retain it. Tried to join on the day of, said removed. No replies from the company as well as poor communication. Difficulty in redeeming orders/rewards in the past, do your self a favor and use Sendoso.

The ability to select multiple retailers for the recipient to chose from ensures that the recipient is happy. Capabilities such as notifications if emails bounce, seeing if the reward has been accepted, and sending reminder emails are so helpful on this platform. Using BHN Rewards has made sending and tracking gift cards much easier!

GBGreat platform for flexible rewards… Great platform for flexible rewards with tons of controls to manage various programs, teams and types of recipients. The user experience is very positive with easy-to-use tools that gets our sales staff onboarded quickly. The issues aren't frequent, but if there are any, customer service is quick, responsive and helpful.
