Mamas Club is da Bomb! My time every week with the Empowered Mamas Club is sacred. If I have to miss, I am pretty bummed out. It is a safe place to be real and vulnerable because the other mamas are dealing with the same issues and concerns. We laugh, cry, talk parenting logistics and so much more. If you are considering whether you should join or not, do not hesitate! For a mama who is isolated in the middle of Montana, working from home, and not getting out as much as I should, this group has ben a Godsend.

Mama time😊 I love the services that this company has. It has all types of support for us moms, who just need another mom to talk to. They also have girls nights which is great after a long week of work and time spent with the kids. It’s a great experience overall and I’d highly recommend this to any parent. This wonderful woman who started this company is very sweet and make this who experience feel very welcoming and comfortable.

The work Dena does is truly meaningful… The work Dena does is truly meaningful work! When I was at my lowest point of postpartum depression and anxiety, Dena provided the support and resources to help me get back to “me” and able to love up on my newborn again! There are not enough people out there that are willing to take the obstacles that they have overcome in order to help others that need it. Dena does just that, and I will do whatever I can to ensure her group can thrive and help other mamas out that need it. Highly recommend and can’t say enough good things about the group she has created. I wouldn’t have overcome my obstacles without it.

Life changing community Dena literally helped save my life. I had severe postpartum depression. I wasn't suicidal, but often thought that no one would care if I wasn't here anymore. My husband, Jesus, family, the meds my dr put me on, my kids dr, all really helped. But this group pulled me out a hole so dark I had no idea how to get out of. I needed tools to function again. It has been so healing to be able to talk this stuff out with other mamas going through the same thing. I am forever grateful for the mamas club.

This company (Dena) is dedicated to bringing support in women’s lives and their journeys all across every stage of it. It’s something that you didn’t know you needed, until you had it.
