GBWorst support ever Worst support ever, they dont reply to ticket requests. I tried to pay my subscription today the 12th and their website wouldnt allow payment, for the last 2 days there has been the same error screen when trying to prolong my account. I would recommend someone like Supernews if you want a usenet account, they at least have a tech support who try and help out

GBNo longer working. I've used their free service on and off for a few years and it worked well until they changed the system recently. Now the account will not work, the support is not existent and will not get any replies, the knowledge base consists of 2 pages, one gives the server details, which don't work and the other says simply "test". Sadly xsusenet.com has gone from good to completely useless. Time to move on.

ZAAvoid at all cost I would strongly advise against using XS Usenet's services. I have been using them without issue for a few years, but since they released a new client portal, I've failed to renew my subscription so it expired. So I tried terminating the old subscription and getting a new one about a week ago. My credit card was charged and I received the invoice indicating it was paid, but the account is still pending and I have no login credentials. After a day or so I opened a support ticket, to which I got no reply. A day alter I then replied to that ticket again, in case it got lost. Still no reply. Then I emailed their support and got no reply. Then I tried to phone them, but their number is not in service. According to their website, they hired a new customer satisfaction team about a month ago, but from all perceivable evidence, they just don't exist anymore. I guess they just kept the billing systems in place to leech some money off of unsuspecting potential customers, but everything else seems to be shut down.

DENo support. Was using the free account, but then somehow my account got closed. Submitted a ticket, no reply since 2 weeks. Then I tried the contact form, also no reply for a week. Looks like i'm not going to get any reply from them. Also the SSL certificate for the "My account" section of the site was expired for at least two weeks. I mentioned this to them on the second day, also no reply.

GBI was an XSUsenet customer since 2018 I was an XSUsenet customer since 2018. I was happy with the service until earlier this month. First they let their site SSL cert expire and then none of my payments were credited to my subscription. When I submitted a ticket for support it was closed by an Admin with no explanation. None of my inquiries were responded to. Not sure what happened but it looks like somone ran off with all the money.
