GBUnbeatable Offers You get what you pay for and with offers such as theirs, you simply cannot complain about delayed support or occasional downtime. The bang for buck more than makes up for it. Overall, a decent service that means money well spent.

GBIve been with host us since 10th Dec… Ive been with host us since 10th Dec 2016, everything was great for the most part up until about Sept 2018 and odd things started happening and support tickets where taking around 2 weeks to answer. As it progressed more and more issues continued and tickets kept taking longer to resolve or answer. While their service is cheap, support has gone down the tubes in the past 6 months. Ive since moved all my vps's and in waiting for my final day, im still waiting to see if they will resolve my 2 open tickets

THThey don't answer emails They don't answer emails. I was not able to cancel my subscription and try to recharge me for renewal. I have a sent report but they claim that they didn't receive a email. Be aware. I make a claim for paypal and make also a chargeback on my bank account so I got already my money back. Lets see how paypal will handle this.

ARTheir support is incompetent and arrogant. Their support is incompetent and arrogant. Again, I confirm: Their support is incompetent and arrogant. I spend hours and hours working with them to setup a server. I paid them a fee for a dedicated maintenance. After a days of no-response, they sent me an email telling me that they were unable to perform the task, and they canceled my account, with no more details provided.

GBLow price, great performance, good support I have had a sub-rock-bottom price OpenVZ VPS with HostUS for a little over three years. In the beginning, there were some performance issues at certain times of day because of other users on the node, but in time, with quite a bit of effort on their part, the problems were resolved. Since then it's been smooth sailing, with hardly any downtime, crisp performance (slight slowdowns every once in a while), and an almost transparent conversion to OpenVZ 7, which they handled completely. My application uses very little resources, and a more demanding one might run into problems, but based on my experience, I would highly recommend HostUS for such usage.
