Signed up just a few days ago so.... Signed up just a few days ago so I can't speak to customer service or technical support but the fact I needed neither speaks to how good the process is. Everything took all of five minutes and my VM was up and working with zero issues. Prices are competitive and from what I can tell, totally worth it. Most Trustworthy place to be contacted.
