Use a different software, plenty of others.. This company has fraudulent billing practices. Please read the fine print and do not upgrade the software! They say they pro rate things but it is miscalculated and is actually near a double charge. Do not do business with this company. Use ZeeDrop, List quick or AutoDS. This company refuses to refund for their mistakes. Not to mention the software bugs out a lot and creates many issues for FB Shops in your catalog. Avoid if you can. Do not be duped by the advertising and marketing campaigns. Do not take my word for it. Down the line eventually you will see.

Customer support sucks Customer support sucks, never received a response after I reported that repricer never worked at all. Keeps giving canned emails and do not understand and check issues.

This made me WAY more profit! I can never go back! I was being cheap in the beginning because I wasn’t making big money yet. Turns out, not using FBMFOX was actually keeping me from growing. Once I started using it my sales went crazy and now it’s barely even an expense. Everything I do runs through this program and I can imagine not having it.
