GBUplead's advantage over other lead… Uplead's advantage over other lead information systems is their customer service and value. Whenever we have a question or an issue, they are extremely quick to resolve it and show us the best way to accomplish our lead generation mining. We have used other services that cost three times as much and did not provide nearly the quality of lead informaation. Getting instant credit for incorrect emails is also a huge benefit.

GBAuto-renewal period designed to catch you out Uplead do not inform you of their cancellation periods up front during the sign up process, nor do they provide any notice of automatic renewal of the subscription which at 2 months in a 12 month contract are long. No downgrade option is available within the end of the renewal period. They claim to have a pause option on their website which you can activate via the platform, but that is not available and is not specified in their T's and C's so their website is misleading on both counts. Avoid like the plague!

NLNot GDPR compliant Not GDPR compliant, processes personal emailaddresses which is not allowed under GDPR. When contacting the company using their chat to ask them to remove my info, they sign me up for their newsletter without my consent. Very SPAMMY like their software…

GBRUNAWAY - FIND SOMETHING ELSE Signed up as a test user and did the consultation walk through with their person. The product worked good while we were being shown how to use it. We did not have any luck pulling any contact information and when we were able to pull it would show no phone numbers or email addresses. Told the contact it was not working and he extended the review period (or so he said). We noticed we were charged on the credit card and tried to call. No number that you can speak to anyone, you have to do this online. We were told the do not refund even though there product does not work..and we had cancelled once we noticed the charge so they shut off the service and we are still told no refund.
