GBUseless customer service For some reason, my self hosted main domain has been removed from my WordPress account, but not my two self hosted subdomains. I tried reaching out to Jetpack to find out why this has happened and how to get my main domain re-added, but they refuse to do anything remotely helpful

GBMisleading pricing listed on plans… Misleading pricing listed on plans page. Monthly plans are listed but not actually available, when you get the checkout as it reverts an annual subscription. Contacting support gets you nowhere as they just tell you the pricing page is wrong and that annual payment is the only option. Very poor customer service.

GBThis is for Jetpack BACKUP This is for Jetpack BACKUP, a PAID portion of Jetpack. Jetpack backup was difficult to set up, consistently received emails saying it was not set up, etc. At one point I set up an FTP and the program allowed malware onto my site and I had to pay to have the malware removed. After multiple hours of work to get the site set up with backup I started seeing backups. Then they stopped creating backups less than a month into the service. When I logged in it had been nearly a month since the last backup. They stopped creating backups because they have an arbitrary policy to keep 7 backups, which exceeded the storage limit. I worked for days to reduce the size of my site. They want more money to re-start the service. This is very dishonest. Instead of deleting older backups so that the newer backups could fit within the 10GB storage space I purchased, they stopped backups. This is not how they explained the program - very deceitful. And my emails generate responses for me to purchase more storage space, rather than for them to reduce the number of backups that they are storing. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! Do not trust this service - I like Jetpack, but do not purchase any plan for Jetpack Backup.

GBHighly disappointing After several months of signing up for backup, I don't get any backup and only get emails daily to inform me that backups could not be done. Support or contact is virtually non-existent. I have spent several nights looking for a number or chat to speak to someone but all in vain. To say the least, highly disappointing. I do not recommend
