Clothes Washer - Fast Spin Cycle March 1, 2024 - Clothes Washer - Fast Spin Cycle to wring out clothes, would NOT occur. Scoured the internet (YouTube) to find a solution and nothing there. Response from Just Ask was extremely fast, efficient and "spot on". When "conversing" with tech, utilized chat and NOT phone call. Tech provided part replacement info (motor control module) - $225. Where to find the part as well as a step by step video regarding removal of old and replacement with new. Tech was excellent communicator. Had one followup question and he immediately responded.

I had a decent experience I added o k experience other than it taking so long I had a decent experience. Although it took over 2 hours to figure out my issue. Charles was very informative and I greatly appreciate his help. Ful I will be it hopefully, I won't have to but if I do I will be using you guys again. Thank you.

Helpful and efficient answers. It is a pleasure to use the Apple support people. I have had issues with other 'help' sites, and all I did is run around in circles. You understand what I want, give clear directions, and are very responsive.
