GBOur TOP's Experience Our Association Management company is a newer community association management firm. We needed a tried and tested software easy to use and end user friendly; we decided on TOP's One. We had our initial training for an hour a week which went on for several months with a TOP's One trainer. When coming to an obstacle it is easy to use their support by typing in a specific question which directs you to various video's or articles written by TOP's employees. You can also access their knowledge center which helps provide information you can review to help you learn how to use TOP's One. Our clients are very positive and supportive of TOP's overall. 5 star!

GBKING OF JUNK FEES These thieves charge $2 to process each HOA payment. Unreal! None of the payment processors for my other properties charge this ridiculous junk fee. They charged this fee TWICE on the same day for payments of two items on my monthly statement.

GBSome Good, Some Bad We have a really good relationship with our training rep, but when we ask questions beyond her expertise, we wait longer than expected for a reply. When tech does reach out they are very helpful. The software itself is not our favorite. We upgraded from their 20 year old version and so we thought we'd transition task free and that simply isn't the case. Some of our data didn't transfer, some transferred incorrectly, some of the applications require more key strokes than the older version. The one thing that has been helpful is searching for info on the system, but the reality is, we don't have to utilize that function often. All in all, I think we'd have been better off starting fresh and not transferring since it hasn't saved us time and caused much stress.

GBI have been using TOPS for several… I have been using TOPS for several years and I feel that lately when they do upgrades; they have more issues than before. I do like the level of customer service for work tickets. I just hope they can address these small issues quickly.
