I haven't received my order yet I haven't received my order yet. But i did reached out to Customer Service and they rsponded within 24hrs giving me an update. I really appreciate the quickness. I cant wait for my products to get here so I can use it.

When I first saw the tool I thought… When I first saw the tool I thought that might be able to help me maybe I should try it. I went to the website, selected the item I wanted and was offered a discount which is wonderful because it allowed me to get a couple replacement cartridges. I have been notified it should be at my door soon but I have yet to receive the items.

I placed an order and cancelled it… I placed an order and cancelled it within a few mins. Customer support responded asap and I thought it was cancelled but then a few days later they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I contacted customer support again and they said that they couldn't do anything about it since it was already shipped.

Not receiving my product I did not receive my product and I emailed your company and I did get a response it isn't a 5 dollar product it is almost 100 dollars..I ordered it on a Sunday and it should have been shipped to me by Wednesday but it is Tuesday night and I don't have it. Done
