An amazing product for founders Our company started using MainStreet in August and it's been trajectory changing for us. Took 20 minutes for us to qualify, and receiving the advances monthly is game changing and allows us to better plan out our runway. Highly recommend!

Refuses a refund & continues to charge, even if they don't deliver I filled out Mainstreet.com's intake form and was told that I qualified for 5 figures in tax credits, for which they charge 10%. Great, I thought. My CPA later said that I don't actually qualify, but Mainstreet refuses to refund their fees and wants to continue charging fees until the "end of the contract". This is unbelievably scummy behavior.

I know nothing about the company nor… I know nothing about the company nor have I ever applied with them. A Brian keep calling me from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week and 2 to 3 times per hour!! I'm Getting sick and tired of him calling me. I keep blocking the numbers, but he keep calling from another number!! This needs to stop immediately! This is harassment

It took me no more than 3 minutes to sign up, integrate with my payroll system, and receive notice that we were to receive the R&D tax credit. The team was incredibly responsive with follow up questions, addressing my concerns re: audit and financials, and giving us cash now vs. a year later. Looked at other companies and no other ones provided such a level of responsiveness and immediate payment.
