Ouch… GHOSTED after 5 figure check! Signed up with them in early 2021 for a tax credit with R&D. I was semi-concerned at first but they assured me this was 100% good to do and it was “free money.” I wrote them a check for figures and we had a couple of follow up calls for them to “gather more details.” After the end of 2021 every time I’ve reached out about needing what they said they were going to deliver for my return they never responded. I’ve been super persistent and emailed Robert probably 10x following up. They’ve officially ghosted me and didn’t even say, “sorry we actually can’t help you despite qualifying you.” No refund, no communication. Feels like I got scammed. Hope to hear back for my company pompa program. I will update this review if I ever hear back (if possible.)

Mainstreet will charge you even if they don't provide services Mainstreet doesn't refund you even if they don't provide their services and hold up to their end of the bargain. This is a scammy business practice -- I'd advise just working with a small business that has sane and customer-centric business practices to get R&D credits filed.

Simply amazing! We are having an amazing experience with Mainstreet. They are exceptional domain experts, provide awesome support and really know what they are doing. Quick sign up, easy experience, amazing customer support I was encouraged to apply through other founders and they were absolutely right. It took me no more than 3 minutes to sign up, integrate with my payroll system, and receive notice that we were to receive the R&D tax credit. The team was incredibly responsive with follow up questions, addressing my concerns re: audit and financials, and giving us cash now vs. a year later. Looked at other companies and no other ones provided such a level of responsiveness and immediate payment.

An amazing product for founders Our company started using MainStreet in August and it's been trajectory changing for us. Took 20 minutes for us to qualify, and receiving the advances monthly is game changing and allows us to better plan out our runway. Highly recommend!
