Information's accuracy is sporadic Information's accuracy is sporadic. Did a search for myself and it listed me with a middle initial, when I don't have a middle name. I searched for several people whom I know have criminal records that turned up none, while the sight conveniently recalls a speeding charge I had in Virginia 5 years ago. Some information was valid, while other is incorrect.

Lookout for the sting It's only after locating the person you are seeking and going through 20 minutes of downloads that you are hit with the cost of subscribing to the program. Don't use it unless you are prepared to pay!

Unfortunately a bunch of fraudsters Unfortunately, the website didn't live up to its promises, even though I paid for its services. Right from the start, I had trouble accessing my account due to "technical issues". Despite trying to get help from their customer service team, I just ended up feeling frustrated because I was getting nowhere and ended up with no response/solution after hours of trying. It's really upsetting to realize that I was misled and essentially scammed. The fact that they haven't taken responsibility or refunded my money only makes it worse. Looking back on this experience, it's hard to understand why a company would do this, as it just damages their reputation in the long term. If anything, they just proved themselves to be fraudsters. They lack the understanding of how important honesty and accountability are in business.

Waste of time Took me a whole annoyingly lengthy process with a 5 minute fake / artificially inflated loading screen, made me give up my email and acted like I was finally going to get the info I needed only to ask for payment on the very last step. Complete waste of time. Especially since I don’t even know if it has found the right person.

Scam Scam There is no free report of any sort. You can go through the entire search process, which is very lurid. It kind of gives it away, that it is not a truth or fact searching instrument, but rather a money maker. I was acutally trying to find possible criminal history of a client of mine, but again, no such thing as searching for facts just for the facts sake. At the very end of the search process you will have to give out your credit card information for payment. No report without this.
