Not as good as it could be... If they make the code for you, the code can be amazing. The options to make your own codes is less than garbage. Save your $$$ and go elsewhere.

Awful Awful. Signed a contract for 500 flowcodes and 500 stainless steel biz cards and now they are saying we have to pay an additional $1200 for the biz cards. They do not stand by their product or contract.

My guess is, they disabled my free account to try and force me into their new subscription which all customers now have to pay for. Bare minimum features for hell of a… Bare minimum features for hell of a price. You get to choose your center design (stars, squares, circles), 1 custom color, and add text. But you can't edit the text color or logo. They provide these complex automatic generated designs, but don't allow you to create your own. They also want to charge you $40 to remove their logo, while offering only bare minimum design options. For $15 a month or over $100 annually, it's not even close to worth it. Clearly a company that was looking to make a quick buck without actually considering what their customers wanted.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer support (robotic, unhelpful). We ran into issues setting up and they kept sending us the same articles but never helped resolve the problem. Also when vetting the company to see if they were a fit for our needs, called and left 3 Vm messages over 5 days, but never got a callback. Unprofessional to say the least. Thumbs down.
