GBOur overall experience with Tavoca has… Our overall experience with Tavoca has been favorable. Unfortunately, we have been waiting several months for our "phone" module to be activated and no luck as of yet. Every time we have called, we have been getting the run around that they have been waiting on the "people who do the scripts" to finish it. Some improved customer service follow through would be great. Other than that, the system works as it should and has improved our no-show appointments.

GBWE Love Tavoca WE Love Tavoca, the majority of our patients love the text reminders and or voicemail messages, although they do complain about the New Patient reminder when they are already an established patient . Also, when Tavoca repeatedly calls to remind the patient several times thru out the evening... I tell them you have to respond to the voicemail and or text which will then stop the reminder. at that point they ask to be taken off the list. This is a very low percentage compared to the patients who love and appreciate and depend on the reminders. We LOVE how we can Text/communicate to a patient through Tavoca, this has been a Tremendous help when trying to reach patients who do not answer their phones , the quick response is amazing , especially to the " younger generation" !! I personally appreciate your support service and the quick response we receive when needed. Thank you !

GBI really like the Tavoca service I really like the Tavoca service, however it does not upload my appointment reminders about 50% of the time. The support staff is amazing however and helps when they can. On the days I am unable to upload I just enter the appointments in individually.
