If this is so then why should we pay for the subscription and we can't control the subscription even after sending email via their contact form we didn't get any acknowledgement that they have received our email nor I get any call from their representative after many days. So, how could we know, our subscription has stopped and they didn't auto deduct on next renewal date.

Con- Artist, cheating your money They will ask you to subscribe to their paid plan but the vpn will be very unstable. once paid, you'll not be able to cancel because no one will reply to your response of cancellation. really disappointed with this.. Hope this helps anyone out there !
