I wanted this to be a secret, but ... Ever since when I discovered Frase and became a subscriber, I wanted it to be a secret for other marketers. Why? Because Frase gives me a competitive edge and makes the creations of the Niche Topic Research Sheets, I offer to the members in IMBuyersClub.com and on get.topicsheets.com a breeze. Frase saves me hours of tedious research work (or hundreds of dollars in outsourcing costs) every month. The question-finder is especially helpful since it can be directly transformed into siloses for a niche-site. 5-stars is a given!

Definitely not satisfied with Frase Frase is far behind other great AI writing tools. Frase options don't work properly and it doesn't give many ideas from its AI. Instead, it only replaces the synonyms and some minor mistakes from the text which are useless and will eventually fall into plagiarism. The worst thing about frase is that it doesn't give the option of rephrasing the whole paragraph in contrast it only rephrases a single sentence at once. The tool's UI/UX is also not impressive.

No Customer Support when you need it!!! I cancelled my BASIC plan after a few days because i did not get a propper invoice with my entered company data. And then they decreased my account to FREE plan even if i had 25 days left in the BASIC plan. I contacted the support, but they are not helpful. Promising to upgrade again, but that did not happen. I am really unsatisfied. I had trouble with the provided service that was not my mistake and got no support within a week. I cannot recommend.

Refund issue escalated to bank dispute This company double charged me twice in a year. Even though I provided bank statements for the debits from their business address, I had to raise a dispute with the bank. I understand if they cannot see the charge, my dispute will be processed and taken care of. But, why not fix the system that did this twice in a year?

Promising company that ended with lost money/time I rarely leave reviews. I just don't have the time. In this case, I will make an exception. Frase appeared to be a promising team with a solid product. Unfortunatley for me, that turned out to not be the case. Facts: - I had documents on their servers that I paid to create. - Frase servers go down. - Frase lost my documents due to a rookie mistake about user transfer rights. - Customer service promised the docs could be recovered, which was a relief. They weren't recovered. - I lost money (about $650) and time. Could say it was my mistake in not backing up key workflow documents elsewhere. But I thought I was in good hands. Be careful. Don't trust startup companies with your key processes. Frase may have a suitable product, but their execution thus far is not strong. Lesson learned. 2 star rating due to risk level. Can't continue using the product.
