UAGood hosting but support problems Good hosting, but terrible support. Accidently pressed Updgrade button in panel got an error but then It charged 24 gpb from my card. I wanted a refund but support not answering and owner in discord ignores me. I thought "ok, i can do with that" and forgot about it, but today i accidently pressed dedicated ip button. Same happened. But now i didn't even recived dedicated ip. No response from support and owner too. UPDATE: Wrote an email to their support. I think it's only way to communicate with them, because they didn't answered to my tickets on their site. After this, I got a refund for 2 month of dedicated IP that I didn't even received.

GBAvoid this company My son was charge £119 in error for a server upgrade and now the company are uncontactable. They haven't refunded the money despite emails and support calls. Terrible support. Avoid this company.

GBcomplete garbage complete garbage. Didn't provide the service, ignores all attempts at contacting their support meaning I now have to go through the bank to get my money back from them

GB*Update - server refunded* Server continually fails *UPDATE Admin eventually refunded month of subscription. Server continually fails, discord is full of users complaints about lack of communication and support.

GBRubbish website and support Got charged £119 for a server upgrade I never consented to. Contacted their '24h support' who never responded. I tried logging into my account to attempt to cancel the orders however the method to login is completely faulty as you need to get a email code which doesn't get sent to you 90% of the time. Overall a borderline scam. Pay more elsewhere for an actually decent service.
