The appointment signup process was easy, as was the process to get diagnostic tests completed and covered by insurance. The best part of my experience was my actual telehealth appointment: the medical professional I had shared insights about my health and tests that I didn't know, explained it in such a digestible way, and gave me a lot of guidance on how to optimize for better health in the future. She was really well-versed in functional medicine, which is a personalized approach to things like diet, environment, exercise, etc and less on medicine to cover symptoms. Best doctor's appointment I've ever had!

Smart, convenient preventative health I was part of Forfend's pilot experience. I would have to say that the idea of having your lab work done prior to an annual visit with a physician is so simple but incredibly helpful. Forfend even ordered a mobile phlebotomist that came to my house -- I didn't even need to go to a lab! My doctor took so much time in reviewing my results and explained everything to me in common terms. He took the time to evaluate my family and medical history. After reviewing the result together we made a plan on the next steps I should take and the measurements we should keep an eye on. It was the best appointment I've ever had with any in-person primary care doctor and this was virtual. Overall Forfend is super convenient, with a big focus on preventative health. Think of it like an awesome health consultant.
