Horrible company Horrible company. I of course didn’t purchase anything from them, but the demo call I had was VERY scammy. They tried to get me to sign a contract sight unseen and when I said I was still shopping around the guy said “Why” haha. He then told me all the features he was taking off the table if I didn’t sign with them instantly. That’s when I knew this was an unserious company. DON’T WORK WITH THEM! It’s got MLM vibes as well.

Money Back Guarantee NOT Honored We engaged Air.ai back in June 2023, and signed up for a 6-month sales program, as well as access to their platform. In their contract, they had a money back guarantee that if they didn't help double our investment, they would refund what we paid. Long story short, they didn't achieve help us achieve the revenue goals, their platform was down half the time, and any questions you had you had to join a scheduled webinar with a whole bunch of disgruntled people, vs talking to a person one on one. It was a big waste of time and money. It's been almost 6 months now and we are still trying to get our money back based on their guarantee, which their team will keep telling you "you'll get it someday, but don't know when". I'd avoid them and flee in the other direction.

Air.ai is truly a game changer. Can’t wait to see how it is a few years from now. Air.ai has made a tremendous difference to my business. Their intelligent AI solutions have transformed our operations and relationships with customers, as well as expanded my operations by using AI sales agents as setters and appointment bookers who prequalify leads before passing them onto closers - eventually I hope to train Air AI on scripts so they can close sales altogether. I can’t wait to see where this goes in the future. The technology behind it 3 years from now is going to be insane.

Air.AI Changed My Life All these reviews are bogus, Air.AI transformed my life and I've seen them personally scale business's including my own significantly and back their claims. People are coming in with the absolute worst mindsets and find any reason why it cant be done and don't have the work ethic to make it happen. Consumer mindset to the max... The keys to the kingdom are right in front of them, it just takes application. These reviews makes me sad because they are not at all what Air.AI is about or represents their caliber.

It did not work, we cannot get the guarantee refund The Air program is based around a few dozen screen recording training videos, a collection of sales tools that are often nonfunctional, and weekly group webinars where you can ask an Air rep questions along with 20 others waiting to ask questions. We completed 6 months with $0 in sales. Now we are trying to get a refund of the $24K cost per the “2X sales full refund guarantee”. They initially told us this could be done in under 7 days. But after over 2 months, we are still waiting and told there is no ETA on payment. Their replies are basically brush-offs. Last week were we told that we were #16 in a refund processing queue. This week they say they are seeking investor funding and will pay us once they get it. If and when they get it. Please save yourself and your business from this nightmare.
