They used MY website and took off the best parts! Waste of money. I haven't had ANY additional business from them whatsoever, not even one call. My answering service is still blinking 1. From their Sales Team (Louie T.) who was kind and patient all throughout the initial stages of account sign-up / set-up, to their Implementation Team (Kristen) who actively listened to our needs and assisted warmly in the beginning stages of what was needed. But MOST NOTEWORTHY of ALL, to their Web Team leader (Nicholas Weber) who was remarkable all throughout the process - for his very timely responses and precise and immediate action to the changes needed.
