If I could rate this a -10 that would… If I could rate this a -10 that would be more than Nomad Internet is worth! With so many complaints against them, I will not go into the details. The service was fair - While It Worked. Once it quit working, I contacted their chat support - got their usual spiel about getting it to engineering and response within 24 to 48 hours. BUT, NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Follow up contacts, still NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Still no internet service from their router! Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware, erroneous charges and difficult cancellation. I've been trying to cancel my service for two months. In order to cancel you have to request a return, pay to send back your equipment and then wait for them to receive the equipment and process the return. In the meantime they continue to charge you. They changed my plan without warning and told me that I could get a new SIM for free and use it in my existing modem. However today I looked at my bank statement and saw that they were actually charging me twice. When I brought it up with customer service they said it was my fault for not sending that modem back to them when they changed my plan. So I've been paying for both my old inactive plan alongside my new active plan and they have yet to refund the difference.

This is the worst experience with an… This is the worst experience with an internet service i've ever had to deal with. They merged with Verizon and shut my service down. then, the next month had the nerve to take the bill out of my account. I can get any customer service at all and if you plan on calling them, forget that!!!! there is no phone number at all...... they will never get mine nor anyone else i know business........!!!!!! soooo aggravated !!!!!

Warning they will steal your money! Very shady crooked company that appears to be out to steal money. The service does not work. Speeds are too slow to be usable, you can not actually speak with anyone all communication must be done by chat or email, and they lie. They constantly say that they want to make it right and will resolve the issue and refund your money if they can’t. Well almost $700 later no refunds, it NEVER worked (something I advised them from the day I received it and set it up), and I was being charged for the service AFTER they received everything back. FYI didn’t get a refund for that either.

Decent internet... Long downtimes. HORRIBLE Customer Service While nomad internet is working properly, it’s a pretty good service. The issue is... it’s not always working properly. Our internet has now been down for several days, starting on New Years. All we’re told is to wait 24 - 48 hours each day we contact, even though we already have. They don’t seem to care whatsoever. The support is very vague and limited, and there is not a working phone support number at the moment. I’ve browsed social platforms like twitter and it appears we are not the only ones with these issues. I can not in good faith recommend this company to anyone else unless they can fix their issues. People need their internet for work, school, and connecting with others, yet this company is in no rush to fix ours. Horrible experience.
