IEExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. I phoned Tesco Mobile regarding an issue I was having with mobile internet. It was very easy to get the call directed to where it needed to go. The person I spoke to (Elliot) gave absolutely perfect instructions re: how to resolve my issue. He was really clear and concise, and really made sure I understood what needed to be done. I followed the steps and everything worked perfectly afterwards. Perfect, efficient service.

IEStealing money from customers … Absolutely annoyed with the way things run at tescomobile. Long story short - I was charged 3x€10 for attempted top up that hasn't gone trough as simply I kept missing one digit of the phone number. Despite contacting my bank and sending them a proof of the transactions nothing can be done. I wonder how many people has been robbed like myself ...

IEAbsolutely would NOT recommend Wanted to switch to vodafone and keep the same number. Cheeky little … changed my e-mail address on Tesco Mobile app and said to vodafone that I’m on a bill pay (which is a complete lie, I’m on top-up), and that my information doesn’t match. I went straight to the Tesco Mobile app to check my information and THEY CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS! Went to my mailbox to double check I typed in the right email address and there it is - REGISTRATION email. Also, their plans are terrible.

GBPAYG top up Voucher SCAM warning If you have a PAYG top up Voucher the small print on the voucher states " Expires 12 months after purchase date" There is no other mention what to do. Getting a lot of conflicting feedback dialling4455 some saying go back to the store you purchased it from and others state its "NOT REFUNDABLE" I challenged this with TESCO HO "I exchanged a £20 note for that voucher that would have been refunded on day 364 but then on day 366 you keep £20 note and have given nothing back in return. How does that work and why does it need by date. Clearly explain why there is no mention its NOT REFUNDABLE on the voucher as that makes it non valid claim and a scam where I would have told you where to stick that £20 voucher. Lets see how the ombudsman deals with this. Also learnt today if you do not make a call in 3 months all PAYG credit get erased as i spend many months overseas
