Great value for the cost The rates charged for a family of four for a day go use hotels amenities was very reasonable. The pool and surrounding areas were clean, staff was extremely nice and attentive. Spending an afternoon at this hotel has made us consider staying here the next trip.

I booked two days at two different… I booked two days at two different resorts in Palm Beach. We couldn’t make the first one. I think it needs to be easier to cancel and get a credit on the website. It’s not so straightforward and I think 24 hours for refund is a bit much for cancelling a beach reservation.

Waste What really irritated me was the $40 automatic gratuity, which included a walk to our chairs and two towels. It was just a complete waste of money and I will not be using ResortPass again.
