GBHmmm Hmmm. Very frustrating and not on. Had an issue with being charged extra after I had already paid, and an automatic payment being set up without my consent. It happened again immediately after, despite me trying to make sure nothing went wrong this time (I'm looking to buy a set of 8 videos in total). Customer support told me to contact the creator, despite it being a platform issue, but gave me a no-reply email addres. After I raised a dispute in PayPal (ongoing) I was sent an email admonishing me about doing this, saying I'm now banned from using the plarform, and told to cancel the dispute if I want to be unbanned. Still no help with my issues even though I had sent screenshots.

GBLike Being Ignored? This Is the Site for You. Totally and completely unresponsive. I made a purchase on the site and it turned out not to be what I was expecting. I contacted them literally the same day through the website form to let them know there was a problem. The message on submission said they respond within 24 hours. No response. I contacted them a second time. Still waiting for a response. Definitely would not purchase anything here again and recommend that no one else does.

GBGreat Razors, Great company support My husband LOVES the razors and they give him a great shave!! We are in the USA and are on subscription for his razors. We have never had an issue all this time, but this time he got the wrong blades sent. Gruum was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to my email and sent correct blades out right away! Could not be happier with the product, company and their quick action to correct the mistake! GREAT PRODUCT GREAT COMPANY- highly recommend!

GBWhen stuff goes wrong it your fault ! Make a purchase on digital 3/02 and after the purchase the mediafire download link was not available. I thought no problem I will just get the item refunded. I can now no longer use PayPal to pay for anything on the website as I requested a refund so yes in essence you are blamed not the seller. I did contact them only to told it not their fault and it their banking partners that do it total BS. They more less use any possible way to remove people PayPal protection. I would go direct to a seller and avoid using their website at all costs

DKFast and easy payment I was a little worried about buying from this site, but figured since I had a one time use card with the required amount on ($10), I would give it a try. The one time use was rejected by them, but adding the funds to a normal card and then using that, worked just fine. As soon as the transaction went through, I got an email with a link to my comics. Maybe Gumroad has fixed all the issues people have had. Or maybe it's a problem with the individual creator on the platform, and not the platform itself.
