Total Scam!!! Total Scam. Run away!!! Never shipped the watch. Still fighting for my refund. Just a bunch of vulgar thieves. Is anyone doing anything about it???

Order was cancelled and no refund was… Order was cancelled and no refund was processed. I placed an order for a watch on 12/16/23. Its original deliver date was the middle in January. The deliver date as then extended to end of January and then again to the beginning of February and yet again to the middle of February. At this point i put in a cancellation of the order. The order cancelled on February 13, and I was told at most it would be 15 business days for my refund. Not sure why it takes 15 days to refund an ACH payment, but whatever. The 15th day has now passed, and I have still not received my refund. I would stay away from this site and never order from them.

THIS IS A SCAM! THIS IS A SCAM! They take your money and you'll never get a refund! Waited for months for a watch that they just not had. They were always saying that they have an issue. I went on their order tracking system. You can track any order you'd like by entering other order numbers.Mine was 8772. I tried at least 50 different numbers. All had the same status after months: not delivered. When I then decided to cancel the order, they found all excuses for delaying the refund, having internal server errors and other lies. Their best response: "We have sent an urgent follow up request to our department in charge regarding your refund. We'll contact you shortly with an update." Of course, never got updates even though I was harassing them. Just started a legal action against them now.

STAY AWAY from WATCH RAPPORT AND MIDWAY LAW STAY AWAY from WATCH RAPPORT and their law firm Midway Law, I believe they both are are in cahoots with each other and have lied cheated and stolen nearly $70,000 dollars of my hard earned money from me. I purchased several watches from them in the past 13 or so months. When I discovered there was no watches being shipped and I was given the run around and the lies added up each week, Watch Rapport stated their attorney would wire me my funds back. Shortly after, Midway Law denied the refund stating I need to go after Watch Rapport. After hiring an attorney to represent me, Midway stated that I did indeed receive the refunds, which we responded we did not, despite Watch Rapports acknowledgement it was forthcoming. After months and months of providing them the time to refund these “purchases”, they went Mia. I will be filing a lawsuit shortly along with reporting them to the various criminal bureau's and law enforcement agencies as well as the state bar. I was just sent an email from my attorney showing various threats Midway Law, acting on behalf of Watch Rapport sent today stating their family member is crippled and so on, thinking I was the last person writing me on here “S KERRIGAN” which is not me, so we will be adding this to the bar complaints as well. If anyone wants to join me in this class action lawsuit to protect the public from these predators, please respond here. Jason Adelman
