AUSent my complaint about being charged… Sent my complaint about being charged without notice of the free month trial that finished. I was under the impression that I would be advised if I was to continue for the following month. I only found out because of my bank advice. I unsubscribed on their site and sent for reimbursement but no answer. Don't know if they will keep charging

GBunfair policies My wife took out a subscription to this service which I only became aware of 1.5 years after she died of cancer. When I approached the company to ask for a refund they said would only refund 6 months, saying that payments before this were ‘finalised’. No amount of explaining that I was completely unaware of the subscription and that it had obviously not been used was any good. I can’t believe they would not make an exception in cases of bereavement.

GBIllegally taking my money This company has been taking money fraudulently from my account for months. I emailed them requesting my money back but they have ignored me. Disgraceful company. How is Scribd allowed to trade as a company with such illegal practices as to continue to take money from peoples bank accounts and then not refund the money. This company needs to be investigated the Government authorities.

GBThere isn't a 0 so I give it a 1 There isn't a 0 so I give it a 1. Despite the fact that I tried in several occasions to cancel this subscription that I've barely used 3 times in one week in 2021...they still robbing me on the 3rd year now. Been cancelled their subscription with barclays, as none are answering but a month later they still taking money out as they got my details. No replies whatsoever, proper scammers. I will contact ombudsman.

GBTheft and Fraud Facilitators This company has been fraudulently taking money from my account for months. I never signed up, the email isn't my email but they are using my credit card. No way to contact the company if you don't have an account - which I don't, although I seem to be paying for someone else's. Criminal.
