Good luck trying to talk to a real person Good luck trying to talk to a real person. I have been trying to reach someone for months. I have been billed monthly and the bot tells me to log in and cancel account. I don’t have an account as I cancelled it a few days after signing up July 11 2023. None of my emails are valid. I am going to have to have CC cancelled again and dispute it as fraud. Very frustrating to say the least! It is just a bad as trying to reach a live person at UBER.

Need HUMAN customer service? Forget it!! There is NO human customer service! They think that AI is where it's at and they're dead wrong. I have tried for several hours to get through to a human and there is no way. My problem is that I can't log in because over a year ago I changed email clients. When that happens there is NO way to get a verification code through the old email. I need to talk with a HUMAN in order to have my account changed to my new email address. All their robot keeps saying is login and change it. Duhhhh! Meanwhile the verification codes keep piling up in an unaccessable mail box. Ahhh, why not contact their "Community" for help. Gotta log in for that as well. I'm sure within Zoom management there's some ignorant senior manager who is patting himself on the back for eliminating all human support - and got a healthy bonus for it.

Incompetent developers This application is beyond terrible. As soon as you try minimizing the window it will cause a memory leak, crashing your whole computer. Keep in mind this issue hasn't been fixed for more than a year. I doubt the developers even remotely care. Never again!

They are horrible company They are horrible company. I cancelled my account when I realised that it is due. I was not aware of the renewal date so I cancelled it when I came to know about it. However, they kept sending me emails about the payment overdue. I then contacted support team and now they are forcing me to pay from the renewal date to now. How can you do that? This is highly irresponsible of them
