They were hit hard with the wild fires and the natural disasters here in California and they still honored their initial LOW COST for their top quality product! The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating with my order. I even had to change the shipping address last minute and Anne made the transition seamless! Real Storenvy Store Owner Hello everyone, i am sorry you have had bad experiences on Storenvy. I have recently started using this platform for my business and honestly whoever you were dealing with obviously does not take their business or customers seriously. Customer service should be a businesses top priority. Please don't assume all stores on Storenvy are fake and will rip you off. Top-1-Street part of Storenvy I ordered a wool jacket from Top-1-Street, a business on the Storenvy site. The Jacket came directly from China, complete with Chinese tags and labels, when the site said items would ship from California. The jacket was nothing like the description, the color was North Korean Army green when it was to be an Emerald Forest green, style was different as well, absolutely no shape or style. I have contacted the business three times and have received no response. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
