The worst app for business travel The worst possible app for business travel. Anytime I’ve booked a flight, it’s always cancelled , not completed in time because of the way their system is not configured by which time the price of a flight has massively increased. I’ve been trying to book a flight for the last five days and this is my third attempt, by which time the flight has increased from £230 to £296. Not to mention the hours of wasted. And because of the price increase it needs to go to a senior Manager for approval because it’s out of business budget. Avoid at all costs, if you’re a business, looking to find a travel booking system, definitely look elsewhere.

SAP Concur should have zero stars If I could give SAP Concur zero stars, I would. My employer, New York University, switched to SAP Concur to handle our travel and expense items last month. It is an unmitigated disaster. Every faculty member and administrator is complaining--people aren't getting their out-of-pocket expenses processed, there's no response from the "tech teams" at SAP Concur. Our in-house NYU tech managers and finance directors are also voicing their extreme dissatisfaction. Did anyone read these TERRIBLE Trust Pilot reviews beforehand? One has to wonder.

Concrap Words can't express how bad Concur solution is...The user interface feels like it's been designed by I.T bods with no understanding of every day people trying use it. If you own a business and you want to annoy most of your employees and business partners just get Concrap.

Needs improvement I use it for my work expenses at my current company and honestly this platform is laughable. It seems like time stopped for them 15 years ago. Not intuitive. Overcomplicated. Forces repetitive inputs. And it never remembers my user name (and yes the toggle and cookies are on).

Cannot run an annual mileage report Just when I think Concur couldn't get any more un-user friendly, it comes up with another surprise. I need to run a report for my year end tax return, yet there is no way of doing this unless I have 'reporting' rights. How absolutely useless!!! I just want a tally of my annual business mileage but have had to go to our personnel department. I am now having to keep a book in the car with details of mileage from every trip - I should not have to do this, Concur should be making things easier, not harder.
