GBThis internet is absolute garbage If you want nothing to do with good internet or playing games, and would rather have no internet at all, Frontier is for you (: This internet is incredibly terrible, it randomly disconnects and if you load a page up on your phone and computer, it is slower than a snail. I spend most of the days mad because i just want to play a game and i cant without lagging all over the place, this is the new dial up internet. Either fix it or this will die out. I would honestly rather have no internet at all so i wouldn't be this mad all the time. This is the worst internet I have ever experienced. How do you make it this horrible?

GBPaying for downtime … I'm not sure that I have service as much as I don't have service. A ton of down time and particularly during daylight hours. Unbelievably frustrating. I certainly wouldn't be paying for this service if I had other service choices. I would assume Frontier knows that. The service people I have talked/chatted with are pleasant and nice - unfortunately, that doesn't make my internet work.

GBVery helpful The woman who i spoke to about beginning service was very helpful. She made the process as quick as possible but was very personable and had a wonderful attitude. Any hiccups we had were due to the system because of previous tennants having service before we moved in..nothing that could be helps. She was very helpful in this and made the phone fairly enjoyable unlike many services u may call.

GBI pay for a higher speed dsl through … I pay for a higher speed dsl through frontier and most days we can't even watch a streaming movie without being disconnected............I haven't been disconnect this many time since I used to have commonwealth telephone before frontier bought them.........buyer beware if you have any other option besides Frontier please jump on it !

GBIf I had money to hire a lawyer I would sue this company Shame on you for taking my 89 year old mothers money and overcharging her for programs she did not order for a grand total of $1,300 dollars for three months of your lousy service. She had to pay a fee of $200.00 just to cancel her account with you. Shame on you for not having an ounce of compassion for a elderly lady on a fixed income. You clearly took advantage of my mother and if I had the money & time I would sue your crooked company.
