I had been using a friend’s who also bought a Sanctuary 2 from Chris and referred me. Chris was super helpful and commutative in the process to dial me in. I even spoke with his dad who’s a veteran and works with Chris. Thank you for your service! Shipment to my state went well. Chris has followed up with me several times to ensure success. We could not be happier with our sauna… We could not be happier with our sauna or our experience with Chris. We truly felt like he was honest and forthright with the entire experience and directing us toward the sauna that best fit our needs. It felt like he cared more about us and why would benefit our health than the “sale.” It was great to have such a personal experience and feeling like someone cared especially in this day and age. Quality service, great product After nearly 2 years of back-and-fourth on deciding which sauna to purchase for our home, we took the recommendations of Chris and bought the Sanctuary 2. It arrived on time, and the assembly was fairly easy for me and my wife to handle. In a few hours, we were up and running and have used it everyday since. We love the bluetooth connectivity and built in speakers, along with the sleek glass front and ceiling - fits our style and definitely passes the quality test. If you are considering a sauna - we have zero complaints with ours, and if you like doing business with straightforward and knowledgable people, Chris is your guy.

Sanctionary 2 awesome 🥵👍 It took me a month looking at different Saunas before I decided I wanted a Clearlight Sauna. I called around to different Clearlight retailers when I came acrossed Sauna Cloud. I spoke with Chris who's very knowledgeable about all the different Clearlight products. He was helpful and able to answer all my questions which helped me decide on the right Sauna for myself. He was honest and fair. His white glove delivery was awesome! His 2 guys came with the Sauna, set it up in 45 minutes and took all the trash with them! They clearly had a lot of experience. I love my Sanctionary 2. I use it twice a day morning and night.
