No Communication whatsoever I ordered a $350 motor that showed available and received a confirmation email to the order and after a week and 2 emails using their order status process have received absolutely no communication. Not a call or email.....Nothing. Buyer beware.

Advise you do not buy covers from this company. Purchased about (8) 15 year warranty 20x40 covers in the last 15 years. Neighbors dog and falling tree limbs were the culprit. This year I purchased the same heavy duty 15 year cover but it was very thin compared to previous covers. It lasted 5 months. I suspect it was a 5 year cover in a 15 year cover box. It is porous and it leaks. It caused an algae problem which cost me $650 in chemicals alone to remedy. I contacted these people 4 times and did not even receive an acknowledgement for receipt of the email. Very poor/non-existent customer service. Advise you do not buy covers from this company. They don't respond to emails and won't honor the warranty.
