This is a great company This is a great company! They have some of the highest quality incontinence products that you can find. I wasn't used to non-supermarket brands, and their prices seemed steep, but they really aren't. I didn't need as much product due to the absorbency and had way fewer skin issues and leaks. It actually wound up being less expensive in the long run. Their customer service is great too and service is quick.

You guys rock!! Very easy to shop, orders are placed almost instantly, gets to me quick and have never seen any damage. In fact ive gotten a few extras that really made me happy, the little things still count! In all, job well done everyone. Very pleased and keep it up.

Really nice products and great customer care The kind folks at North Shore sent us (at our request) a sample of their undergarments to try. They sent them very quickly. They were kind to send emails confirming our order and letting us know when the products were on their way to being delivered. The undergarments are comfortable and effective. We appreciate the good quality product and excellent customer care.

Very pissed off Very pissed off. These jerks sent my package with another hand delivered open adult diaper brochure, it had not even been in an envelope. Fed ex supposedly said nothing when they delivered it to my neighbor's house. Now I have to live with this crap, selling my house. Thanks morons!

Hi I’m in the uk and wanted to try out… Hi I’m in the uk and wanted to try out the northshore supreme plastic backed diapers/nappies and having to pay more for the privilege. Upon trying one on the plastic backing feels nice and comfortable so no complaints there the thickness is also fine.but the leg elastics seem to be none existent no stretch to them they don’t grip around the legs they are not up to what I was expecting at all. I really wish northshore would look at fixing this problem as they would have a great diaper/nappy if this was looked at and fixed. I understand this is not as straightforward to do and will be very surprised if me saying this will change anything?. I ordered off the website diaper minister
